Logo Placeholder

The National Weather Service reports impacts from wind and rain to appear tomorrow into early Thursday and advises that roadway flooding and shallow landslides are likely.

Millbrae residents can get sandbags at our sandbag filling station on Millbrae Avenue between Palm and Hazel.

For the safety of the trail users, Parks will be closing the Spur Trail tomorrow morning January 31, 2024.

Please limit your travel for your own safety in the next few days and be mindful of standing water. NEVER drive on flooded roads. Six inches is enough water for you to lose control of your vehicle if you encounter flood waters on roadways, turn around, and find alternate routes. For all emergency after-hours water, street, sewer, and storm concerns, please call 650-363-4951.

We want you to be safe. Please use 9-1-1 only for police, fire, and medical emergencies that impact life and safety so the system isn’t overwhelmed. People should also call 9-1-1 for downed power lines and gas leaks. Please be sure to visit our Storm Preparedness Webpage for a full list of ways to prepare and stay safe during the storms and a list of resources available to our community.
