The Green Bins for Businesses program provides eligible businesses in the City of Millbrae a free indoor three-stream waste sorting station. This initiative supports compliance with California’s mandatory recycling and organic waste law (SB 1383), and aims to promote more sustainable waste practices citywide.
Eligible businesses will receive, at no cost a set of three indoor color-coded and labeled waste bins (organics, trash, recycling) and can choose from two bin size options: 10-gallon, or 22-gallon.
