The City of Millbrae is pleased to announce the passage of the property-based fire assessment that helps fund direct and vital fire and emergency medical services for the Millbrae community. This is great news and allows the City to uphold a high level of service.

With this passage, the City approved an oversight committee to collaborate closely to ensure the efficient utilization of resources and the continual enhancement of fire protection measures.
The fire assessment, which passed by a 60% to 40% margin, signifies a collaborative effort between local authorities and the community to enhance firefighting capabilities and emergency response services.
